Looking for a vendor Getting China banned chemicals to USA. (D-LAME)

What is the best method of getting compounds from China that they aren't allowed to ship to USA? Some vendors have tried to help but as soon as we got to tracking they said their boss said no on shipping and I had to get refunds. So I'm hoping that there's a way that doesn't involve me having to receive it in Canada. Thanks everyone.

Now US Customs is scrutinising parcels from China, not because it's getting slower, there's always a time of year when it's not possible to ship goods to the US.

Best method I've had is using vendors that don't care honestly. The level of stealth I've seen from Vendors (some on this forum) is unreal. I guess my point would be that it may take some trial and error. If you approach any new vendors without a history of reviews I would ask if they would do a smaller trial order at least.
