I have tried with 400mg of tramadol, 6 beers and two shots of vodka. The first two beers I felt the effects of alcohol and tramadol simultaneously, after the fourth beer it was just the alcohol, tramadol effects completely disappeared. I guess if you don't drink a lot is not that dangerous but...
