Your question is a bit inaccurate. But while a distillation runs it prevents dangerous boiling delays.

Thats hard to say without knowing about your setup, depends on the kind of stirrer. But I think you see if everything is moving probably.

I use a double jacketed reactor. with cooling equipment. top mixer. I'm just a beginner, I'm doing my third synthesis. p2np, nabh4, cucl2 route . I want to make oil

I am not an expert but I would say that you should buy a smaller rotary flask due of losses in this big sized reactors.
