Question How to turn HU-210 (or some other synthetic weed) into a liquid than can be sprayed on paper?

As the title says.
For selling in prison, need to lace paper with liquid hu-210, but cannot find any legit liquid sellers, only powder, so how do I make this into liquid? (preferably from in prison, but if not I can get someone on the outside to do it)

You can dissolve it in ethanol and let it dry after spraying on the paper

Dissolve it in powerful hand-sanitizer with alcohol in it then spray or paint pages and dry, for in prison.
Is HU-210 better than 5cl-adb-a? I haven't seen it available anywhere.

You shouldn't use hand sanitizer, as this will leave a bitter taste due to the denaturing agents.
