how do you consistently and efficiently decarb THC A?

Currently i am using an oven to decarb my dabs which are 80% THC, i looked at a few studies and some graphs said that 130 c for 15-20 minutes converted THC A into THC, cooked the dabs in my oven but am still unsure how much thc is in my cannabutter, I used 5.1 g of my dabs.
does anyone know a consistent and efficient method for decarbing thc a?
