I just wanted to say thank you to Vector Laboratories for being a giver, when so many people these days are just plain takers. I had ordered some product from Vector, that unfortunately, because of my negligence. I never received But believe it or not Vector went above and beyond and is sending me a complimentary shipment even though they were not liable for the loss. And moreover, a couple days after placing the original order, I checked to see if it had shipped and Vector apologized and said they were running behind and would double the order for free to make up for it. The package arrived in 5 days, even though I wasn't able to receive it. I'm just totally floored by their customer service and compassion in a compassionless world. I can't wait to receive their reship in a couple days, cause if it's half as good as their service, it's gonna be EPIC ! Thanks again Vector !!
